Pop paedophile Gary Glitter is facing a death sentence in Vietnam after a 12-year-old girl told police he had sex with her.

The disgraced glam rocker fled his beachside residence in Vung Tao last week after he was found living with two schoolgirls, and Vietnamese police arrested him on Saturday at Ho Chi Minh City Airport as he attempted to board a flight to Bangkok.
