Graham Norton presides over Emmys

The BBC has scooped two gongs at the International Emmy Awards, winning honours for motoring series Top Gear and a holocaust documentary made jointly with German and Polish producers.

ITV was lauded for 50 years of “excellence in commercial broadcasting” at the event, hosted by comedian Graham Norton in New York.
