Dion fears fans' germs

Canadian singer Celine Dion is scared to leave her hotel during her Las Vegas residency because she fears she will be mobbed by fans and pick up their germs.

The My Heart Will Go On hitmaker, who has been wowing audiences with her nightly performances at Sin City's Caesar's Palace, is terrified she will catch an illness that will force her to cancel her show.
