Minogue offered support by Anastacia

Cancer-stricken pop beauty Kylie Minogue has been offered support by American singer Anastacia, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003.

The I'm Outta Love hitmaker, who has won her battle with the deadly disease, is convinced her inspirational story could boost Minogue's morale.

She says: "If Kylie wants to talk about what I went through, then I'm here for her."
