Chesney uses music as heartbreak medicine

Country singer Kenny Chesney credits his music with being critical in helping him get through the break-up of his fleeting marriage to actress Renee Zellweger.

The award-winning musician, who married Zellweger at a ceremony in the Virgin Islands in May, was heartbroken when she filed legal papers to have their marriage annulled just four months later.

Chesney says of his music, "It's like medicine - and obviously I need that now. What was that old song? `We got married in a fever, hotter than a pepper sprout.'"
