Courtney Love has reportedly failed to collect her pet dog Lloyd from the vet - after dropping him off in March.

According to sources, the troubled rocker took the 13-year-old German Shepherd mix to California's Beverly Hills Small Animal Hospital after he suffered a stroke, and he's still there.
