Sinatra back to life for new stage show
Rat Pack legend Frank Sinatra will star in a brand new stage musical in London's West End next February - thanks to modern technology and reels of unseen archive footage.
Sinatra At The London Palladium will combine state-of-the-art technology with live singing and dancing in a state-of-the-art $9m (€7.4m) production.
The show's producer James Stanna says: "It all started with the Sinatra family being kind enough to let us go into their archives.
"We made an amazing discovery of material and the core of the show is 35mm film Sinatra commissioned in the late 1950s.
"We have used the latest in film and stage technologies to make those images really come to life.
"If you blink your eyes you will feel you are watching Sinatra actually performing. That is what we are setting out to achieve."
