Corr to launch Foyle Film Festival

Singer and actress Andrea Corr launches the 18th Foyle Film Festival this week, and will be in Derry for the opening-night screening on November 11 of The Bridge, in which she stars.

Organisers have lined up more than 300 films, including one world premiere (the Irish feature from Tom Collins, Dead Long Enough), nine Irish premieres and eight Northern Ireland firsts.
