Spears threatens to sue over stolen baby photos

Pop babe Britney Spears has threatened legal action after stolen photographs of her newborn son appeared on the internet.

Images of one-month-old Sean Preston have already been shown on several websites, but Spears and her husband Kevin Federline insist the pictures were pinched from a private photo shoot.
