Cage turns in another superbly quirky performance as an international arms dealer coming to doubt the morality of his murky profession while being hunted by Interpol.

Writer-director Niccol combines well the elements of this morality tale with the required gung-ho excitement and drama of action but throughout it is the consistently-magnificent Cage who dominates the screen as a man who knows deep down inside what earns him a crust and how terrible it is.
