Night Watch is a cracking horror film
Night Watch
Timur Bekmambetov
Konstantin Khabensky, Vladimir Menshov
It’s a Russian film; the names gave you a bit of a clue, didn’t they? Go on, admit it!
It’s a sci-fi fantasy thriller set in modern-day Moscow in which the forces controlling daylight and night-time battle for control.
For all of us who get a touch of the jitters at the creaking and groaning of the things that go bump in the night, this one might satisfy.
It’s an interesting proposition: is the daylight ‘good’ and night ‘bad’; if so, why? Answers on a postcard, please.
