Wahlberg scared of fatherhood

Actor Mark Wahlberg was devastated when he discovered his first child would be a girl - because he saw it as payback for the bad way he treated girls in his past.

But Wahlberg quickly realised the birth of Ella Rae - now two - would be an opportunity to make up for his lothario past.

He says: "My mother said to me, 'All the sh*t you did to girls, you'll end up having one.' And you know what? When we had an ultrasound and the doctor said it was a girl, I dropped my head for like, 20 minutes and then realised , 'I can't freak out', because that would cause problems. But now, I couldn't be happier."
