Nine Inch Nails drummer Jerome Dillon has been hospitalised in California after suffering chest pains during a concert in San Diego, California, on Friday.

Nine Inch Nails drummer Jerome Dillon has been hospitalised in California after suffering chest pains during a concert in San Diego, California, on Friday.

NIN frontman Trent Reznor took the stage to announce the group was cutting its set short because Dillon was being examined backstage by a medic.
