Dennis Potter was one of the BBC’s best drama writers, his often controversial work drawing praise and fire, but you could never call it boring.

The Dennis Potter Collection (BBC) is an 11-disc set comprising The Singing Detective, Pennies From Heaven (his two best series), Brimstone & Treacle and Casanova, plus The Mayor of Casterbridge and several others.
