Longoria back to work after desperate accident

Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has returned to work despite being struck on the head by a falling pole while filming a key scene in the second series of the hit TV show.

The sexy actress - who plays adulterous vixen Gabrielle in the US television drama - was rushed to a nearby hospital after the heavy object came loose from the suburban set in Pasadena, California.
