Carey: I didn't reinvent myself

Mariah Carey is baffled by claims she reinvented herself for her new album, insisting she just experimented with new clothes and hairstyles.

The Emancipation of Mimi disc was billed as a new look and new sounding Mariah - but she doesn't think she's ever changed.

Carey says: "I do not think I reinvent myself. Wearing my hair differently or changing my style of dress is playing dress-up. I don't take it too seriously."
