We yesterday (August 9) carried a story from our entertainment news supplier relating to Christina Aguilera in which is was claimed she was being sued by songwriter Matt Morris.

Mr Morris' representatives have contacted us to say Mr Morris has never filed a lawsuit against Ms Aguilera and requesting clarification of that fact.
