Harvey explains near-fatal crash

Former East 17 singer Brian Harvey has finally allayed fears his recent accident was a third suicide attempt - by explaining how he came to be crushed under the wheels of his own car in May.

The former East 17 star was released from hospital last month, seven weeks after receiving life-saving treatment for a broken leg, a shattered pelvis, severe abdominal injuries and fluid-filled lungs sustained in the freak accident.
