Gervais thrilled with Simpsons encounter

Golden Globe winner Ricky Gervais has revealed that writing an episode of 'The Simpsons' has seen one of his biggest ambitions realised.

He was invited to write and star in an episode of the cartoon, which will be screened in the US in March.
