Billy Bob plays tricks on unwitting snappers

One of Billy Bob Thornton's taunts the paparazzi during days off, leading them out into remote California before abandoning them.

The movie star has a few favourite routes he likes to use because he knows snappers will have to be better drivers than him to keep up.

He says: "I did lead one guy on a car chase. I'd seen him around a few times and he thought he was a good driver. Now, I used to race cars back home, and I took him way out in the valley and lost him.

"When I turned around, I actually saw him when I was on the other side of the freeway going back."
