Jackson hospitalised after trial: Mesereau

Michael Jackson entered hospital suffering from dehydration and weight loss after his child molestation trial ended last month, according to his lawyer Tom Mesereau.

While the Thriller star was acquitted on all charges brought against him, he has yet to make a public appearance since he emerged from the Santa Maria, California, courthouse, and Mesereau has revealed that Jackson needed treatment.
