'Amicable break-up' for Friends star Perry

He got the girl and the family in Friends, but it looks like art isn’t imitating life for poor Matthew Perry.

The actor has reportedly broken up with his girlfriend of two years, Rachel Dunn.

Dunn had apparently been helping keep Perry on the straight and narrow. Throughout his time on the show, the comedian was regularly mixed up with drugs, particularly prescription pain medication.

Despite flip-flopping on and off again with his demons, Perry appeared to be clean and sober.

He has never been very good at keeping girlfriends though. He was seen out with tennis star Jennifer Capriati and Julia Roberts.

A source tells People magazine the split was amicable this time around.
