Stewart and Lancaster to marry next spring

Rod Stewart will marry his fiancee Penny Lancaster next spring after divorcing his estranged wife Rachel Hunter.

Stewart claimed he had no plans to make the 34-year-old his third wife - but has changed his mind after discovering he is to be a dad again at the age of 60.

Just days after announcing Lancaster is pregnant with his seventh child, he has reportedly filed for divorce from Hunter - his wife of six years - at the Superior Court Of California, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Once the divorce is finalised, he will tie the knot with Lancaster - this time next year.
