Christian Slater's alleged sexual assault victim is pursuing her legal action against the actor because he angrily ordered her not to press charges, instead of apologising.

The True Romance star was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly feeling the 52-year-old drug counsellor's bottom, while intoxicated in Manhattan, New York.
