McGregor demands bike shed

Hollywood star Ewan McGregor has demanded a secure shed is built for his beloved motorbike during his time performing London stage show Guys and Dolls.

The 33-year-old Scottish actor - who competed a motorcycle trek around the world on the bike with actor pal Charley Boorman last year - wants to be assured of the vehicle's whereabouts whilst busy on stage.

A theatre insider says: "Ewan asked if the theatre carpenter could build a little lock-up shed for his beloved motorbike outside the stage door."

The West End show opens tomorrow night at the capital's Piccadilly Theatre.
