Anything with the tiresome IT-girl Hilton in it can't be any good, can it? It can't. This re-make of the old 1950s Vincent Price horror is dismal.

We have a bunch of stupid and charmless college kids coming across a couple of psycho brothers with an interesting line in making things out of wax … human wax.

The kids are stupid because they haven't learnt anything from the millions of previous horror films: everything that's taboo, they embrace with relish. They don't deserve to escape becoming scented candles!

If you must demand a serious critical comment, simply don't go to see this badly-directed, dreadfully-acted, totally unoriginal tripe.

Star Rating: 0/5.
