Sin City star Jessica Alba is locked in a legal battle with someone she claims is exploiting the domain name jessicaalba.com.

The sexy actress has asked the law offices run by heavyweight attorney Marty Singer to file papers in federal court, citing violation of right to privacy.

While it's not clear what the site contained, it has been pulled down since the filing of the lawsuit.
