Zellweger finally speaks about 'really cute' Chesney

Renee Zellweger has dropped her notoriously private stance to gush about her new husband, singer Kenny Chesney.

The Oscar-winner always remained tight-lipped over her previous relationships with Jim Carrey, George Clooney and White Stripes rocker Jack White, but since her shock May 9 wedding to the country star she is happy to discuss her love.

Zellweger and Chesney wed on the Caribbean island of St John after a whirlwind four-month romance.

She gushes: "I haven't had time to really sit down and absorb it all, but I'm very, very happy.

"I've met someone who understands me and my life, what makes me happy and what's important to me - and that's invaluable.

"And he is really cute."
