Stone encourages single women to adopt
Movie actress Sharon Stone has advised single women not to get "hung up" about adopting a child, just two weeks after becoming a surrogate mother for the second time.
The Casino beauty, 47, adopted Laird Vonne earlier this month, and has taken the opportunity to speak out in favour of providing other children with a home.
She says: "It's not who has you, but who loves you that shapes you as a person. Adoption is very special because spiritually a child chooses you and you choose them."
Stone adopted her first son Roan in 2000, when she was still married to newspaper editor Phil Bronstein.
