McCauls blame block voting for Eurovision outcome

Eurovision hopefuls Donna and Joseph McCaul today blamed the practice of block voting for denying them a chance to represent Ireland in the final.

The brother-and-sister team, speaking to RTE radio today from Ukraine said that if the system of block-voting continued, Ireland would never again qualify.
