Stewart reschedules cancelled concerts
Veteran rocker Rod Stewart has rescheduled the British gigs he was forced to cancel earlier this month.
The Maggie May singer had to pull out of three concerts at London's Earl's Court venue last week and two in Birmingham at the weekend after coming down with a severe throat infection.
Stewart will now play the affected London dates on December 9, 10 and 11, while the Birmingham gigs will take place on July 16 and 17.
The singer is no stranger to throat infections - in 2002 he was forced to cancel several concerts after developing an illness.
