Gallaghers can't agree on Coldplay
Oasis stars Noel and Liam Gallagher are at war over their chart rivals Coldplay.
Live Forever singer Liam refused to attend a Coldplay show in London on April 19, fearing the band's moody rock ballads would leave him depressed and suicidal.
He quipped after the event: "Do you see any razor blade scars? That's what I would have if I'd seen them."
However, despite their notorious reputation for blasting their rivals in the media, Noel confesses he's a fan of the band - and deems frontman Chris Martin's personality far from sombre.
He says: "The new songs sounded f**king great. I love him, he cracks me up. He's a really funny f**ker. He's the toff (posh one) and we're the toughs! I think he finds us pretty amusing, too."
Coldplay's new album X&Y hits record store shelves on May 23 - one week before Oasis' new offering Don't Believe the Truth is released.
