A group of anti-capitalist 'terrorists' break into wealthy houses and frighten the owners by leaving nasty messages; no stealing, just the slogans!

They kidnap a nasty businessman and drown him in a shallow plot of boring messages and half-baked arguments on the evils of wealth. There is a minor romantic sub-plot, but while there is a faint indication of a much stronger film lurking in the shadows, Weingartner seems to have misplaced the torch.
