Federline planned fatherhood after 9/11

Kevin Federline decided he wanted to become a dad after the 11 September attacks on America.

Actress Shar Jackson, who enjoyed a long-term romance with the aspiring musician before he went on to marry pop beauty Britney Spears last year, claims they conceived their two-year-old daughter Kori after the devastating attacks gave them a new appreciation for life.

Jackson says: "Kevin and I were very much in love, and we decided we wanted to have a kid after 9/11.

"That freaked us out and made us think about what was important in life."

The former couple also have an eight-month-old son called Kaleb.
