Oscars bosses quiet on Rock return
The hunt for the next Oscars host will begin soon, with bosses staying quiet on whether Chris Rock will return.
Ratings will be a key factor in choosing a new host, following a two million drop in viewers this year.
Executive producer Bruce Davis said he was happy with ratings because other award shows also dipped, but indicated there may be a change of host.
While this year's Oscars ceremony attracted a smaller audience than the 2004 event, ratings among viewers aged 18 to 34 were up - which Mr Davis attributed to Chris Rock's appearance.
