Wyclef adopts Haitian baby

Hip-hop heart-throb Wyclef Jean and his fashion designer wife Marie Claudinette Jean have adopted a baby from their native Haiti.

Jean is an avid campaigner for the troubled Caribbean island, which has witnessed escalating violence over the past year, despite a UN presence in the country.
