Singer Gwen Stefani has knocked Kate Moss off the top of the best dressed list.

The flamboyant star has been crowned top fashion icon by style bible Harpers & Queen. Moss is relegated to third – her only consolation is that she is ranked one place above arch rival Sienna Miller.
