Welsh soprano Charlotte Church has been forced to quickly remove her album sleeve dedication to ex-love Kyle Johnson after their split last month.

Church, 19, wrote the romantic sleeve notes just before she ended their year-long romance, thanking the hotel worker for his love, devotion, and loyalty.
