Caprice joins B-listers on US reality show

Model Caprice has joined yet another cast of unlikely celebrities, on US reality TV show The Surreal Life.

The California-born model, last seen on Celebrity Big Brother, will pit her wits against a motley crew including ageing supermodel Janice Dickinson and actor Bronson Pinchot, who played Serge in Beverly Hills Cop.

Joining the fray are motocross champion Cory Hart, Sandi Denton, aka Pepa - half of rap duo Salt n Pepa – and baseball player Jose Canseco, currently in the midst of a major steroid scandal in the US.

Another reality show regular, Omarosa Manigault-Stallworth, fired by Donald Trump in the first series of The Apprentice, will also make a welcome reappearance.

Contestants on the VH1 show, most considered fallen stars, live in a Californian mansion and take part in daily challenges. Filming on the fifth series has just begun and the show will air in September.

Former guests include another Big Brother star Brigitte Nielsen, who beat Caprice to take third place on the Channel 4 show in January.

Nielson met Public Enemy rapper Flavour Flav on The Surreal Life and the pair went on to make their own spin-off, Strange Love.
