Canadian director to launch lesbian festival

Canadian born film director Patricia Rozema will be in Dublin for the 4th annual Lesbian Arts Festival aLAF.

The festival will be launched at Dublin Civic Offices, Wood Quay on Wednesday at 7pm.

She will appear at a screening of her film "I’ve Heard the Mermaids Singing" in the Savoy Cinema on O’Connell Street on Thursday March 31 at 8.30pm.
