Sobbing Sizemore faces jail sentence

Actor Tom Sizemore sobbed as he was sentenced to 17 months in jail and four months in a drug treatment centre for repeatedly failing drug tests while on probation.

Later, he was sentenced in a separate methamphetamine case to additional in-patient drug treatment. Sizemore, aged 43, was allowed to remain free while he appealed against a domestic violence conviction.
