Actress Teri Hatcher is desperate for love no longer, after embarking on a romance with a television producer.

The 40-year-old Desperate Housewives star, who recently confessed it had been a "long time" since she had been with a man, has been quietly dating 36-year-old Bryan Burk, executive producer of US television show Lost.

Hatcher's latest love match contradicts reports in British tabloids that the actress is back with former blind date, dentist William Dorfman.
