Berry explains love life to adopted daughter

Hollywood beauty Halle Berry is interrogated by her adopted daughter India whenever she is linked with a mysterious man in the media.

The Oscar-winning actress adopted India after marrying her father Eric Benet and, even though she is now divorced from Benet, Berry remains in close contact with the 13-year-old.

So when Berry was recently photographed enjoying 'dates' with heart-throb actor Michael Ealy, the published pictures prompted a deluge of phone calls and emails from a suspicious India.

Berry, 38, says: "India called me up on the phone and said: 'Who is this Michael Ealy?'

"She emailed me too with the same question, having read about us in the media. I had to explain to her that he's a friend and the whole thing had been taken out of context.

"It's hard to sort of keep that straight but I won't allow it to stop me from living my life and having fun."
