Wildman rocker Ozzy Osbourne congratulated himself for giving up alcohol and drugs - with cosmetic surgery.

The former Black Sabbath singer, 56, admits he underwent several procedures to change his facial appearance last year after he was inspired by his wife Sharon's cosmetic enhancement.
