The list includes 20 international celebrities, including Queen Rania of Jordan, Hollywood heart-throb George Clooney and US chat-show host Oprah Winfrey.

Law, 32, told Vanity Fair magazine, which compiled the top 20, that his signature look was “messy schoolteacher”.

Others names in the best-dressed women’s list, published in the April issue of Vanity Fair, include Lost in Translation director Sofia Coppola.
