Rap-rocker Kid Rock was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee yesterday morning on assault charges.

The singer, 34, was charged with simple assault - a misdemeanour - after allegedly punching DJ Jay Campos in Christie's Cabaret stripclub in the early hours of this morning.
