Church mother confirms split

Teenage singing star Charlotte Church has split up with her live-in boyfriend, her mother confirmed today.

Maria Church said that her daughter and 19-year-old trainee hotel manager, Kyle Johnson, had ended their relationship.

The couple, who have been together for more than a year, were reported to have argued over how much time they spent together.

Mr Johnson is reported to have moved out of the pair’s Cardiff apartment and returned to his mother’s house.
