Samuel L Jackson only met a select group of the Star Wars cast during filming on the three prequels - because the majority of actors' identities were obscured by their costumes.

The Hollywood actor - who reprises his role as Mace Windu in this year's Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith - spent month-upon-month working on the movies, but blames the wacky array of characters for pre venting him from building friendships with colleagues.
