Gabby Logan pregnant with twins

TV sports presenter Gabby Logan is three months pregnant with twins, it was confirmed tonight.

A friend of Gabby, 31, and her Scots rugby ace husband Kenny, 32, said they were “over the moon”.

The friend said: “They didn’t realise it would be twins, but twins run in Gabby’s family so I suppose it’s not a total surprise.

“They’ve been trying to start a family for a while so they are absolutely delighted by the pregnancy.”

The couple have just returned from a holiday in Barbados, where they soaked up the sun at the island’s exclusive Sandy Lane Hotel.

The news comes after a tough year for ITV Sport presenter Gabby.

Her father, ex-Wales and Leeds star Terry Yorath, 54, who is now assistant manager at Huddersfield Town, narrowly escaped jail for drink driving.

And before Christmas, winger Kenny was badly knocked out while playing rugby in Wales.

The couple met in Chelsea late one night in 1999 and were married in 2001.

They divide their time between Chiswick and Glasgow where his team is based.
