Mansion delays frustrate Zeta-Jones

Hollywood beauty Catherine Zeta Jones is still waiting for work on her €2.9m Welsh mansion to be completed - more than three years after builders began construction.

The Traffic actress is proud of her Welsh roots and is becoming increasingly frustrated she hasn't been able to take up residence in the luxury Mumbles, Cardiff home with husband Michael Douglas and their children Dylan , four, and Carys, one.

A friend says: "Catherine's parents PAT and DAI have moved to their home on the estate. It will have three houses on it when complete.

"Catherine hasn't been to the site since December 2003 and it has been beset by problems."
